Josh Mayer

PRESIDENT

Josh Mayer has worked in Marketing and Advertising for nearly two decades. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He also studied International Business at Richmond College in London, England. He started his career in marketing with Black and Decker working closely with home improvement store managers, such as Lowe’s and Home Depot. He left Black and Decker and started his own firm and has been acting President of Mayer & Associates since it’s inception in 2003. He has held various positions in Publishing ranging from Sales Manager / Digital Content Expert to Regional Account Manager. His passion is increasing companies profits by consulting on profitable ventures and implementing strategic sales processes. Sales is in his blood. Personally, Josh loves to play golf, coach his boys’ athletic teams, and shares the joy of cooking with his wife.

Joelle Mayer

Operations Manager

Joelle started her career in sales at Dell Computer Company in 1999. She worked in Large Corporate Accounts for 3 years and then made her move to Dallas. She worked for Option One Mortgage for 3 years as a Sales Trainer. In 2005, she decided to stay at home when she and Josh welcomed their first son, Walker and then Lucas just 2 years later. In 2013, Joelle’s passion for cooking and entertaining led her to start her own catering business. In October of 2015, she became a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), where she continues to serve children that are placed in the Dallas foster care system.  She volunteers at her children’s school and served as the parents’ school board president in 2017 and 2018.  She has been consulting with Mayer & Associates since 2016, and enjoys working alongside Josh. Joelle loves to cook, read and spend time with her teenage boys.

Abby Raney

Senior Account Executive

Having traveled the world and living in places like Germany, Alaska, and Virginia, Abby has seen a lot in a short time. Being the daughter of an Army doctor, Abby was exposed to many great places, perspectives and opportunities when they had to move every couple years. Abby graduated from Bellarmine University which is a private Catholic university in Louisville, KY. Abby wears many hats at Mayer & Associates and does a great job with everything she tackles. As an account executive, she puts her customers first and dives in deep to understand their needs. She is a true asset to Mayer & Associates.

Allen Weaver

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Allen has 25 plus years experience in the Dallas market as a creative director and graphic designer. He has worked on branding solutions for national accounts such as York Air Conditioning, Husqvarna, Acme Brick, American Iron Horse Motorcycles among many others.
